Well, looks like it is actually an ulcer. (a healing marginal ulcer)

Thank you, Becky!!!! I too hope I heal up. But I am thinking that it was the culprit. I sure was a miserable at nighttime for around 2 weeks with the pain.
The revision status is that I got my denial letter in the mail on Saturday. And the Claims Supervisor is out of the office today & back tomorrow. But, I am not about to give up!!!!!
