Oh dear. I'm very glad you found us, and very sorry that you got such horrible preop education. You are going to have to find ways to get the necessary labs done regularly, and you absolutely MUST improve your supplement regimen. Diana suggested a good starter compromise, but it is a START to tide you over to your first labs. Vitalady has a list of the labs you need. There are some options for self pay of labs, but I can't remember who it is on here that knows about that stuff. I'm thinking Ms. Cal Culator?

Vitalady sells a vitamin D test that you mail in for results that's not too pricey.

You MUST find ways to finance this stuff, because there's no going back, obviously.

 I'm Glad to have found you too!!!! I can't imagine what trouble I might be in down the line, had I not been suggested to this site.  I have learned soooo much since joining! Thanks to all of you.
