I think I will deactivate- darn
Hey, it's all good.
I know you are struggling with Vit D. A friend is having some really good results with a different approach you might be interested in. Send me an email if you are interested. I don't want to rattle the cages of the vitamin/supplement police so I'll posting *quietly* about it.
Hope you had a good mother's day.

Just an FYI, it is impossible to block all spammers even if you do your best to try when running a website. My dayjob is webmastering for a community site with 50k members, we block THOUSANDS of nigerian IPs to try and eliminate spam, not to mention thousands of other IPs from reputable blacklists, and the site I work on still sees an occasional spammer/romance scammer here and there. We don't read our member's private messages, largely because we respect their privacy and don't have time or the manpower to sit there scanning each one. So we depend on members to report any abuses that manage to slip through our preventative measures. Just keep that in mind in case you get a mesage from some weirdo, perv or rich prince needing you to help him transfer a few million :) Try as you may, you can't block all of it.
