Pregnant with abnormally high levels of vitamin K??
Listen now to your OB - NOT to another surgeon.
Have you had BPPs, non-stress tests? ARE YOU BEING SCANNED EVERY DAY????
Are they saying that her low weight is due to IUGR?
You must discuss c-section vs induction with your OB immediately. The baby may not be able to tolerate regular labor very well due to her size and possible stress, oxygen levels, heart, etc.

I have had the BPP's and NST's twice a week since I was 25 weeks. Baby is doing great and the perinatologist and OB agree it's best to induce because this can actually help squeeze fluid from her lungs when going through the birth canal, though they have all told me that they will do an emergency c-section if any point her or I aren't doing well... they said this is standard with a baby like her. They always induce first. Yes- low weight is due to IUGR.
I don't have any advice to add but I wanted to let you know that you and your little one are in my thoughts and my prayers.
My youngest daughter was born a month premature and did some time in the NICU so my heart goes out to you. Just stick to your guns and fight for what is best for you and your little one. If you end up with a c-section don't panic it really is not that bad. I have had two and they were easier by far then my DS was. Even though they were classical vertical incision c-sections (which I am told are harder recovery wise then low horizontal incision c-sections).

Okay, take a deep breath.
I had my post-DS baby on Christmas day. I never had my K level checked during the pregnancy -- I had all the other typical labs drawn twice during pregnancy, but for some reason I don't see my K listed in my documents.
Anyway, my experience was this: I went two weeks past my EDD, and my baby was the smallest full-term of all my five children. Not IUGR small, but after 42w she was only 7lbs 11oz.
If your baby is having IUGR, that's a good reason for induction. That said, the DS causes all kinds of weird stuff in our bodies -- and in our babies, in my experience -- and babies are very resiliant. If they weren't, humanity wouldn't continue as it does. Don't let anyone scare you about toxic levels of this or that -- so few DSers have babies after surgery, there simply isn't enough research to make a sweeping generalization for all post-DS babies.
My DS baby is perfect, I've always taken all my vitamins (even my toxic-A-levels and K-levels) and although I do supplement my breastfeeding with donor breastmilk, everything is fine. You and your baby will be okay. Hugs.
