3 month lab work

Hi Everyone, 

I'll be coming up to my 3 months soon and I'm going to be seeing my doctor to request blood work.  My surgeon is in a different province and my GP is not 100% on top of the DS.  She is VERY supportive but I would like to take a list of labs that I "need" to have done, so I thought I'd come to you guys to see if anyone can tell me where to find a list.
