Can you believe, another Question

But of course I, as always, have more questions.   Ever since my surgery my insides make A LOT!!!!! of noise.  It doesn't seem to matter what i eat, it's always bubbling and gurgling.  It can be very embarrassing, especially while at work. This week I'm testing kids in Reading and sometimes my insides were louder than the kids.
Please tell me this will go away as I heal (or at least get better).

Thanks so much,
Ginger

it gets better, but I still feel like my guts gurgle more than most.  Now that my stomach is larger is doesn't seem to make as much noise when I am eating though.

It either gets a lot better or I just care a lot less.  Maybe both.  I dunno.

Either way, I don't think you'll be bothered by it later on.

It gets better. It took a few months for mine to calm down. My belly sounded "painfully LOUD" for the first 8 weeks.

It waxes and wanes.  I'm 11 years post op.  Sometimes it's quiet,  sometimes it's loud.

Yah, I wish I could tell you it will go away.  That hasn't exactly been my experience!  Mine is loudest when I am teaching in small groups or when I am in church.

When did you have surgery?  Can you update your avatar to remind us?

I don't have any grumbles any more.  I do get gas if I eat the wrong things.  I expect that will last forever.
