Help! gained 13lbs in 12 days!!!

If it was me- I would do most of what you already tried as well as the suggestion to up the fluids.  I would also check- if you are not drinking plain water- that fluids don't have caffeine and mind any foods with excess sodium.  Wish you well!  Although I am not a medical expert I imagine moving a bit more- taking walks, can also be helpful.

I am behind. Sorry about that. Sorry you are having problems. I have never heard of your doc doing the DS. Are you sure you got a DS ? You need to be proactive as this type of gain, something is not right. Being I do not know your whole story, I am not sure what it is.. but something is off here.  I hope you can get answers and soon !

13lbs in 12 days is serious and could indicate CHF. Does your surgeon know your cir****tances?

 Yowza!  I too got swollen and gained weight early out, but it started right away after surgery.  By month one, I was losing again.  I guess swelling and gaining after surgery is not that unusual (others have posted and experienced this), but it is important to identify the cause.  Let us know what urgent care says.
