protein shake article
Interesting article on protein shakes. Just thought I'd share.

i'll try to find it again. But basically it mentioned how protein shots are just basically boiled cow skins. And People that consume large amounts of protein drinks have a higher risk of metal poisoning. Just wondered what others thought about that theory, especially since many depend on protein shakes as a main source of protein.

I didn't see anything about cow's skins (although, I guess that's one way to use every part of an animal, right?) but the heavy metals thing really concerns me. I might have to subscribe just to get the details!
