thanks everyone! It's amazing wht the DS can do. I know I just ate all the protein I could and drank all the water I could and did the chewable vites after I coldnt get down the horsepills the first few months and came here & read all I could and now I feel I am getting somewhere and am very pleased! Any additional loss now is going to seem surreal as I havent weighed much less than this for decades!!!
