Thanks Sarah.  As of today I want to loose 6.5 lbs.  I would love to loose 10 from here but if I could loose 6.5 I would be happy.  I'm posting my vites on MajorMom's thread every day and am currently trying VERY low carb to see if THAT will shake things up.

I think my problem is my horrible lack of exercise.

happy surgiversary..................
you are still in your weight loss phase, it will take a while for you to trust your surgery, your body.....

I am way out from surgery and I have to say the worry gets less and less but may always still be there. Personally it is probably reasonable and mentally healthy for all of us to have concern about regain. Note I used the word concern not worry. Concern means you are rational and know that  there there is a possibility of complications from the surgery or regain. Yes even when doing everything right dietarily we have less hormones and lose muscle as we age and weight will go up unless you exercise more or eat less- this is a reality of aging. This surgery was a tool and we are each responsible for our own journey.

The fact that you still come here shows that you accept the responsibilty of your surgery, keeping up with the latest information, and are willing to give and receive support. So I know you will continue to have success on your journey. Just remember to enjoy it!!
Gratitude is my attitude
