I wonder if he has hurt anyone?  Many times victims become obsessed with sexual abuse not necessarily acting on it but trying to find answers for themselves.  To be sexually abused especially during the early developmental years is completely shattering and the survivor is always looking for pieces to glue together to make them whole.

Sorry about this mess Kirmy.  I just pray that he hasn't hurt anyone.

 Oh Kirstin, I don't know what to say. My heart is breaking for you, David and all that are being affected by this. I can not imagine how you all must be feeling.

sorry honey, hold tight to David you need each other more than ever. Play with your doggie boys just focus on that which is still bright in your life.

 What a sad tragic story.  I hope everyone involved (even indirectly) manages to find some peace.  

Sadly it's not until events like this that people are reminded there is not always a specific stereotype when it comes to sex offenders...or any other crime for that matter.  Don't close your heart because of the negative actions of one person, remember there are good people that will need you at this time.

There are bad people in this world, and they don't look any different from anyone else, unfortunately. There is much that goes on behind closed doors, or nowadays in front of a computer screen, that most of us are not aware of.
      I'm so sorry that you, David, and the whole circle of friends are going through this now, esp his wife. But I'm glad he was caught, and hope his discovery will also lead to the capture of others in his formerly secret pedophile life.

Give David a big hug, help that poor wife if you can, and stay well.
