WHAT IS BIOTIN ?? HELP ME OUT HERE FAM..

I'm slow what is biotin and where do I get it from I need to try this ASAP my hair says HELP

Biotin is a vitamin, or mineral supplement. I'm pre-op and I'm taking it now so maybe my hair won't be effected that much. I got a bottle of it from Wal-Mart for under $4.00!
