How do I stop Losing
First--check with your doctor! Don't increase your carbs haphazardly!You could reverse and start gaining!
How much did you originally have to lose? Are you under the recommended BMI??
Please talk to your nutritionist--she will help you regulate your weight the proper way--this its NOT a do it yourself game --get Help!

I am at my docs goal and have gone from 236lbs to 135lbs, loss of 101lbs. I was told to stop excercising as much and to increase my calories to maintain. But, I even ate out of control calories one day and still lost 1 pound. So, I figure that we still cannot get in enough calories this early in the game to get our bodies to stop losing. Remember, there is an 18 month window for our weight loss, so I understand.
Good luck, it just seems like it may be too early for you to stop losing. Are your at goal?
