Hi you should have already had your surgery, hope everything is well with you. I am about 25 miles north of Statesville, not too far from you. I am 53 5'4" and weigh 350. I have one 30 year old daughter who is getting married in October, she tells me I will be half the woman at her wedding, lol. My surgery is scheduled for June 18th, I am on my 3rd day of liquid. Join the club about the meds. I have done a count and I have to take about 12 pills/vitamins a day.  Measure your food.  It helps to know how much you are eating.  Just keep drinking your liquids and protein shakes.  I am working on an eating and medication schedule as well.  With summer upon us, you may wanna try sf popiscles.  It helped me out today. 

You can find B12 sublingual.  Just put it under your tongue and it will disolve.  Vitamin D is a pill as well as the galstones med.  I have to take two of this pills a day. 

The weight will drop quickly.  I am still surprised how quickly it goes.

HI!  I AM LOOKING TO HAVE MY WLS IN JULY ALTHOUGH I HAVENT SUBMITTED TO INSURANCE YET.  MY LAST DOCTOR SUPERVISED WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM VISIT IS JULY 2 THEN IM DONE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS.  DR SAID IT TAKES 2 WEEKS TO HEAR BACK SO WE WILL BE SCHEDULING SURGERY THE 3 WEEK IN JULY IN HOPES EVERYTHING COMES BACK OK.  WHERE ARE YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY?

Thanks Ange, picked up vitamins today. Trying to get those in. I almost choke on one. Is it ok to break them to pieces, my dr says to swallow them. some on the board talk of the vitamins not being able to absorb. This morning weigh in at 225. I had to check three times.
