Hi! I am also new on here! My surgery is coming up in just a few weeks! I would love to have someone I can chat with about the surgery and just life in general, someone that will understand anyway. Many of my friends are a lot smaller or have never had people give them the hell they have me. On top of that I have social anxiety when it comes to actually talking to or meeting people in person.

Hello Erin, been away from OH for awhile and found it was a mistake on MY part. Had Gastric Bi-pass 3 years ago and felt good and stopped looking for advice and information.......well I'm back and looking for friends also. Had Gastric-Bi-Pass 3 years ago, Doing well till bowl obstruction over Easter Weekend and recovering now at home. I am so depressed the last couple of months I've gained 6 lbs, I hate this lap band, I wish I would have gotten the gastric bypass. I walk everyday for 30-45 minutes and try to stick with the diet, but I just can't seem to loose any weight, it is so discouraging, I've got 8 ccs in a 10 cc band and sometimes wonder if another fill would help, but sometimes I have stuck episodes and throw up, so I don't know what to do???? How many ccs do you have in your band??? Please feel free to ask me any questions,,, thanks
