HI ! Im Nichole and Im a 32 year old mom of 2 beautiful girls. I consider myself a stay at home mom but have a dayhome during the week and am a caregiver for an elderly lady on the weekends. I am just begining my journey towards surgery . Well I suppose I have been on a weight loss journey since I was 9. That was my first diet. I was hoping to find a friend to help me through this process of surgery though. I am not even possitive on which surgery I am planning on having but, I think Im leaning more towards the Sleeve. hello there! I am very new to this site, as well as the idea of mtg friends this way. I recently had surgery (sleeve on 2/7/12) and am fascinated to know how others are doing on their journey. my friends & family have been very supportive but I really think those of us who have gone thru similar experiences share a special bond. I originally had the surgery to address some other health problems, but now find myself really hopeful that I might actually lose weight and gain a whole life again. although I work full time and have a wonderful social network, I find myself feeling isolated, emotionally. I look forward to getting to know ou & support you along the way.
