Thank you sooo much... After talking to you on Saturday, I had to buy new pants on Sunday! I hadn't been able to buy jeans at walmart in 2 years. I tried on the 28 and they were too loose! I tried on the 26 and they fit.. So I guess I am dropping sizes!
