Y'all have fun in Lauderdale!

Wish I could attend, but I'll be home sipping my Fleets Phospha Soda ****tail in preparation for the big day. Double UGH!! I'll be thinking about you all. Maybe I can attend the next one! Hi Betty, I will be going to the conference with my two sisters (they will be doing the driving). I am still pretty weak but I want to go so bad, so I am just going to take it easy. I did go to my PCP today for a check on my blood pressure meds and in just two weeks I am down 20 lbs (amazing). I will be thinking about you this weekend and I will pray that your surgery goes smoothly. Just think this time next week you will be on the losers bench. Patty

Thanks for the prayers Patty. You should be fine at the conference. Just pace yourself and don't try to do too much! COngrats on the 20 lbs down already!! That calls for celebration! Betty

Betty, You'll just have to plan to attend the next one! Be sure to take several "before" pics, even a nude front & back (hide those!). Also, take your complete measurements (incl upper arm, neck, midrift, upper thigh, knee & calf & ankle) You'll be glad you did later b/c it is amazing how quickly you'll change!!
