Greetings from the Westin Ft. Lauderdale!

The entire lobby area is wifi-operative, folks! There's some lilting Brazilian bossa nova music - don't recognize the various singers, but it sure has me swingin' my hips & tappin' my toes! Lots of talllll windows letting in lots of swaying palm trees, bloue skies & puffy white clouds. sigh. I'm lookin' forward to meeting folks at tonight's meet&greet - thanks to Paula! By today it's obvious to all who were in the Westin lobby and witnessed your entrance that, indeed, you have a very serviceable brain, Becky! Lauralyn, Thank you for your presentation and speaking to so many in the lobby area. It was a very informative seminar and I am glad I was able to attend. Next time, I will know to expect a late-planned social gathering for Friday night. I had asked about something for a few weeks and nothing was discussed (or I missed it until this past week). By then, I was unable to change travel plans to be in Ft Lauderdale that early on Friday evening. Saturday was jam packed all day and left no time for serious 'getting to know you' with so many people. I met a lovely lady from the area and she and I shared all day in between speakers. I saw some familiar faces across the room (from these message boards) and it was nice to 'see' you. The event was excellent. I took home tons of information and great resources to share with my local support group. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in making it it happen. Vicky

I am so glad you were able to come. Too bad you missed the Meet & Greet. It was a great way to get to know one another. By Saturday we felt like old friends. My head is still spinning form all the people I met and all the information provided. We have to get together again soon. Paula
