MAJOR INFLAMED PAIN !!!
Mike ..so glad you got in to the doctor so quickly. Remember in addition to your Cipro...some extra rest will go a long way. You know you are not 100 % back as far as your energy and your immune system, having had major surgery. Your little trip weekend before last to Ft. Lauderdale had to take a little bit of a toll on you too. So rest up and try to BEHAVE ! Plus remember too that sometimes antibiotics can make you feel like hammered grits..... so take it easy and don't let this get you down ! Peggy
Glad you jumped right on that Mike. Them antibiotics should do the trick. I have been told to be on the lookout for that type of problem since I have history of cellulitis. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The last bout put me in the hospital for 9 days because I waited over the weekend before seeing a doctor and the normal wouldn't work.
Keep us posted, take care of yourself, and get plenty of rest.
Betty
Mike,
I got cellulitis in my legs about every 6 weeks...I could never figure out what caused it. While in grad school as I lost weight the frequency went down and I realized when I over did it I would bring it on...like working out to much or just being on my feet all day. But then I moved to Florida and after 3 days of doing nothing but being on the couch during Frances...I develped it....so who the heck knows...then to boot I got a DVT with that case. But that was it...it will be 2 years since I've had a major case. And 18 months since a minor case....I couldn't figure out what brought it on, and I can't figure out want I'm doing to keep it away....but I'm going to keep doing it.... LOL
