Who Loves Starbucks Frappuccino??

Hi Jan, I may try that. I am post-op, but HAVE to start my day with Starbucks each morning. It is an expensive habit ($4.03 per day!) but it is well worth it! I get an iced, venti, sugar-free vanilla, 2% latte with 2 Equal. In the winter or when it is raining I get it hot. But in FL that is very rare! I even bought a cappucino machine and the real Starbucks coffee hoping to curb the expense of it - but I found out that it was really the whole experience I liked so much. Before I began traveling so much for my job, my neighborhood Starbucks knew me well and we chatted each morning. I can't wait to get back home for Labor Day (I'm in Nashville right now) and say hello! Anyway - anything that gets more protein in your body is a good thing for me! Barbie 281/196/170ish
