Another Hurricane
I was living in Miami when Andrew tore through and I learned a lot from that storm. This one to me looks worse than Andrew did. I live in Orlando and Charlie ripped through here a few weeks ago and most of the debri is still all over the place. I am just hoping for the best and getting ready just in case is doe**** The worst for my wife and I is that we will be in Weston to see her surgeon on Friday. I hope that we will not get caught in the hurricane. I hope everyone is prepared and ready
hey there, i am praying that frances does like danielle and spins herself out, out in the atlantic. i also live in a mobile home, mine is still standing. there is a lot of stuff missing and just today i found out that lightning struck my trailer. there is a hole in the roof about the size of a half dollar and when it rains it pours in. and the braker box is on the wall underneath where the hole is. the braker for my bedroom has flipped and we won't flip it back. it is wet in there. my landlady came today so her insurance adjuster could take more pictures of the roof in the bedroom. well we new she was coming and we couldn't be here. well my FIL called and she answered my phone and got snotty with him. I know she isn't allowed to do that but i don't know what to do. besides we were not able to live here for 2 weeks.

this is for my photo album. don't forget to put the ( http:// ) before it. i'll tell you what, since this has happened, i look at things a lot differently. my MIL was about 18 when donna went through and she said this one was worse. that with donna people here were with out lights not quite a week, and this time we didn't have lights for almost 2 weeks. I know there were at least 15 to 16 known tornados in it. if you go to this site, this is where i get my online weather,

but don't forget the ( http:// )
i have more pitures that i haven't put online, like some of my trailer. if you want them just let me know and i'll send them to you.

Hi Guys:
What a bummer. We still haven't been able to get my roof fixed from the last storm. If we have to go through another storm without the roof, we will really have a lot of dame.
Plus, I was supposed to leave Saturday to fly to Mexico to have my DS surgery with Dr. Ungson in Hermosillo. It looks like I'm going to have to cancel it for right now. Hopefully I can reschedule for later that week or the next.
Good luck to everyone wilth the storm.

This is a storm that needs to be feared! Do not take this one litely. Hurricane Floyd came through in North Carolina and left some major flooding. Place all valiable papers in storage and plastic and place it in the highest place possible.
Also if your in a manufactured home or near a 'debris dump site' plan on leaving your house. This storm is slated to linger over the state for 24 hours or more. I have a feeling Im going to lose my house.... its a manufactured home, we got lucky last time but this time we may not be so lucky. All we can do is pray. Im scared and I usually love storms this one has me very wary. Please, please remember to fill your tub with water for just cooling yourself off...buy pleanty of drinking water.
God bless.
I am so totally frustrated. Here I thought I had all my ducks in a row and I can't find the bolts for the shutters. I live about 3/4 mile from the bay waters so I'm sure I'll need the shutters. We've lived here 3 1/2 years and never had to shutter before. I guess I've learned to make sure "first things are first". Pray I find those bolts! LuvitsunnyV
