I'm compulsive with the scales....Once in the AM and again just before bed. It's funny because most of my life I've tried to avoid the scales! I remember as a kid on health day at school literally getting sick at the thoughts of having to step on the scales. Great weight loss. Luvit~SunnyV@goal

I understand about hating scales. I avoided them, as well as mirrors. If I did not look or weigh, I was not fat. Silly me. Marla

Oh my, can I relate to that! I avoided the scales at all cost and now I also weigh daily. I am actually looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow at my PCP's office because it will be the first time in ages that I weigh less than it's max amount ! I'm lucky because my scale and the one my surgeon uses are calibrated perfectly. Amy -89lbs.

Marla, How WONDERFUL! I think you should buy a new scale. The old one is probably tired from the extra fifty pounds that USE TO be standing on it. OT I am moving to South Lakeland, in October. gail

Hey GAIL!!!! IVAN was terrible...not as terrible as he was for Pensacola....Ft. Walton..Destin and such. We were very fortunate. There was a tree that broke in half and fell on our fence by my back door...TALK ABOUT LUCK!!!Thank you for asking though. Prayer is a strong thing!! Please keep them all in your prayers. Especially Ms. Robin. I was suppose to try to call her today..but I have been so busy with errons...I will try tommmorow. If I get her I will let you all know! Becky
