De-Stressing Tip # 3
Congratulations! You're half-way through the work week (for most of us, anyway). When you get home, fill a tub/container with water as warm as you can stand it and 1 Cup Epsom Salt. Sit down & soak your poor, tired feet for 30 minutes while you close your eyes and listen to soft, soothing music (I prefer instrumental holiday music this time of year).
