The closer I am the more nervous I get
All I can suggest is to find a way to have peace in your heart about your decision and focus on the future and the new life you will have coming your way. When all was said and done, I knew I would have rather died trying to get healthy than continue in the physical and emotional pain that I experienced daily. Pray, light a candle, write a letter to your family or do anything else that will bring you some comfort prior to surgery.
I hope that you can calm your nerves and relax as best as possible prior to the big event.
Take care,
Amy

Kandy,
I wish you the very best with your surgery and recovery!
It's very normal to have these feelings prior to surgery! Try to relax and find peace with the decision you have made! I knew God was with me the day of surgery and prior, the morning I woke up to get ready to go to the hosp. I felt content and excited to start my new life! I never had a negative thought that morning at all! Just keep praying and all will be well!
Sending Prayers and Love,
Michelle
