What multivitamin do you use?

Just curious...I am sick of paying a fortune for my BB vitamins. Thanks!

Hi Marcie! LTNS, I heard those BB vitamins and supplements are outrageously priced. I dont blame you for wanting to find some other brands. I'm still taking my Flinstones chewables (2 in the am), I bought SO many before surgery that I refuse to buy anything else until those are GONE! I also take Caltrate with Vit D (2 in the am with food) and a Twinlabs sublingual B-12 (1 after lunch). My surgeon said to just get a multi and B complex from Publix and Caltrate unless my bloodwork said otherwise, so far~so good. Amy P.S. You gonna come to the Lake Mary support group this month? Also, do you ever go to the support group meetings at Celebration?

Marcie, I take Women's One Source, my bariatric nurse practitioner recommended them and I can get them at Wal-mart. Not too expensive either. Patty
