Vitamin Poll
I take three Flintstones chewables, 2 caltrate chewables and one sublingual B-12 every day. Once the Flintstones are gone, I am going to try a liquid multi I heard about that some post-ops recommended at our last M&G called Pro Vitamin Complete. I found it on ebay to try before I invest in a big bottle. I am waiting on my latest lab results, but to be honest, I feel awesome so I am anticipating things won't be too bad. I really don't want to have to take iron if I can help it (constipation), that is my only concern at this point.

Thanks for everyone's answers! I went to The Vitamin Shoppe (it turned out to be closer) and found some calcium citrate chewables that taste awesome, some sublingual b-12, and flinstone chewables w/iron...but when i got home, i tried the new protein shake that a lot of people told me was excellent, and got NAUSEATED beyond belief (to each his own)...so no Isopure for Phoenix! I just went back to TWC choclate protein shake with the vitamins already in it. But at least I have all the vitamins handy just in case I find another protein shake that I do like. Thanks again everybody!
