Are you eating all you should, and drinking your fluids? Too little and too much protein can cause our body to go into starvation mode. Perhaps giving your nutritionalist a call to go over your foods? Blessings, Tami

Rosie, perhaps you can get a quality protein shake (I like unjury). That has 20 grams per serving, you can kill two birds at one time, fluids and protein. Also, my nutritionalist said I needed 57-73 grams of protein a day, and my weight is 210 at 5'1". perhaps you are not getting enough protein. You have to get your protein in!!!! ARe you exercising too? You need to get out there and walk everday to boost your metabolism! Blessings, Tami

So if I dont have enough protein it can cause me not to loose weight? I love to walk but I admit I dont do it everyday. I will start! I have membership to the gym but I cant until after 1 month I beleive. But do you think that its normal not to loose weight so soon? I know that I'm still bloated from surgery! XOXOXO Rosie

Gloria Estifan? Ohhh! Thanks! Back to protein, yes, too little and your body goes into starvation, too much and your body stores it as fat. That is why you have to have the amount the nutritionalist has for you. Walk every day....you have to for the rest of your life (at least 5 days) and when you get back to the club you can exercise more there. Can't you still call your doc and nutritionalist ? The follow up with them should be covered under your initial payment for surgery? Just don't give up Rosie.....it will come off. You keep doing your part! Blessings, Tami

I was a 26/28 to a 30/32 depending on the style of clothes now I can fit into a22/24 again depending on the style. So Im happy about that. xoxo Rosie
