In need of a Psych in Orlando / Sanford

Hello, my name is Michelle Carroll, and I am in the process of gathering all of my info and the necessary tests for insurance approval. The only thing I have left is the Psych Clearance. I have called numerous professionals and they don't seem to know what I am talking about. I was given one name from a friend who had the surgery, but she is on vacation until July. Another group I was given, which has several offices does not answer their phones, no voicemail and when I stopped by their Lk. Mary office, it was locked. Does anyone have any other names of Psych's they used? I'd really like to get this approved and taken care of! Thank you for your help.

Michelle- If you will send me an email I will tell you who I used. She did a good job -- but it took three weeks to get the report. She did take my insurance however.

Carrie Ferguson is a therapist who has had gastric bypass. She does all the testing for US Bariatric patients at Celabration Health.
