Hi All! Sorry I'm late with the QOD. I told Sallykate I would do it today while she's gone on her trip. I'm late because I've had a CRAZY weekend! My puppy has been VERY SICK and I've been dealing with that since Thursday night and found out my hubby is sick too. ANYWAY...I love finding new things to cook and other recipes to adapt to since my surgery. What's your favorite recipe? Hugs to all! Kim

Are we going for quick and easy or just GOOD!?!?!? Here's one that I consider quick n' easy. It's Heavenly Hash Potatoes, but I was able to make it healthier. 1 bag diced frozen Potatoes poured into 9x13 baking dish Combine the following in a bowl: 1 can cream of chicken soup (I use 98% Fat Free) 8 oz sour cream (again you can use Fat Free) 1 diced white onion 2 cups shredded cheese (I use casserole blend or mild cheddar) Spread mixture over potatoes and bake at 350 (I think) for about 30-45 minutes. You can top with extra cheese if you like. Let me get specific temp and time when I get home tonight. I like it as a side dish, but you could also use canned chicked or chicken breast chunks in the mixture and have a meal.
