PLASTIC SURGEONS - VS - INSURANCE

Can anyone tell me the names of Plastic surgeons that accept Medicare/medicaid? I live in Florida - but am willing to travel when the time comes.

I am not positive, but I think it has to be medically necessary in order for medicare / medicaid to pay. But I think most will accept it with proper referals.

I have been really lucky with the loose skin so far. I am hoping getting in the pool this summer will help tone that little extra I have up.
