I'm 4 days out and just stopped by sonic to get supper for my husband and son. And I ordered a small sweet tea, has anyone had any problems with sweet tea this early, I know I can't drink it all the time, but I'm doing great, and just wanted to reward my self, it taste good and going down very slowly. Any advice would be great.... Thanks in advance, Jerrie

Hey Jerri I must say I am with you. I have not been able to give my tea up completely.....but I do it in moderation of course cause you must remember that it has sugar in it. Have you posiibly thought of trying it with splenda? It is a great sustitute at times. Good luck with your weight loss...oh, I should say congrats with being 4 days out Becky

DONT USE SPLENDA...bc splenda is made from sugar ..your body treats it just like sugar..so if you are watching your sugar use sweet n low, or equal or even better STEVIA its all natural and better for you...Splenda is good if you are watching calories or carbs...but not for WLS bc of dumping... ~Tara

I say I'm fortunate, others like the protection of a "possible sugar dump" but I can enjoy tea with splenda and occasionally tea with sugar. LuvitsunnyB~lo/goal

well I say your way too early to be rewarding yourself. bad habits are hard to break and we all have those. good luck
