UPDATE ON MY DAD......

Just letting everyone know that he has his bypass surgery tomorrow morning!!! THey are not sure yet, but it is going to be either a triple or quad bypass, so we are ALL very worried about him. THey haven't decided yet, but they may need to replace his heart valves as well. I"m hoping that they are ok. He's in pretty good spirits, but is scared as can be expected. The fear of the unknown gets us all. Please keep my dad in your prayers, and I"ll update tomorrow when I get home. Thanks everyone Lori

Lori, My Dad had triple by pass about a month ago. I am so suprised how quickly he is bouncing back. He said he feels so much better. So, rest asure that this will only make his quality of life much better. May god bless your Dad's doctor and your Dad.

My Dad also had a bypass and never had a bit of pain from it! He was one brave man! I had a bypass too (gastric, you may recall - HA!) and I was such a baby about it. My prayers continue for your father!! Jan
