UPDATE on me...

Well, I called this morning and they said it is something called a suture absess, basically the body is fighting off these sutures and caused a absess and it makes the incision form what looks like a pimple then it drains... thats whats going on here. She said as long as I'm not running a fever of 101 or greater then its A OK!!!! Thank God I was really worried about that. Thanks guys for replying so quick I surely do appreciate yall. hello there well i my self have a suture absess the doc has cut it up about a week in a half ago and it had drained about in till about 4 days agothey pack it every day so that it heals from the inside out i have about another week of them packing it. It was my top suture, i never ran a fever i just sat up in bed one night and it popped it started draining i do have to say that since it started draing i have no pain well if u have any questions please feel free to e mail me [email protected] kassandra

thanks I sure do appreciate ya... and I'm glad your feeling better. I'm ready for this thing to pop more it hurts SOOOO BAD!!! I've had to start taking my pain meds again. I see Dr. Nye tomorrow so hopefully all will be well. I hate the idea of having to have this thing drained EEEEWWWW. thanks Again, Lori

Thanks Lori--Glad you thought to update us. I was wondering about you. I'll tell you what if they have to drain it and such I would definitely ask for drugs or an injection or something. But then--I'm a baby. Hope all goes well tomorrow with the doc.

well when they drained mine they numbed me then cut the incision open and took most of the liquid out then packed it and that was the end of the pain med i go daily to have it repacked and it doesnt hurt so let me kknow what happens lori kassandra
