Revisions

Has anyone out there ever had a revision? Has anyone had the U.S. Baratric located in Ft. Lauderdale do the revision? May I have your opinion of the office and the doctors that practice there. Would appreciate any responses. Thank you! P.S. I have an appt. set up for Aug.4th. I am bringing upper GI ex-rays with me since I am 4 hours away from this office.

I can't answer that question but I can tell you my doc has done revisions. He has a patient who had the VBG and had it redone to RNY, she just had the TT and is doing great. Hi Carolyn, I had a revision on 2/18/05 from a VBG to the RNY and I'm doing great! So far I'm down from 277 to 202. Dr. Barry Haicken performed my surgery at Morton Plant in Clearwater. I highly recommend Dr Haicken. He's a very skilled surgeon and has performed many revesions. I don't know anything about the clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. Do you mind sharing with me why you are going all the way to Ft. Lauderdale for a surgeon? Janice

Janice: I had previously set up an appt. with your surgeon but due to them wanting several hundred dollars up front to be seen by the Physician's Assistant that turned me off. Other than that, I have heard only good things about the US Baratric Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. So...I will see when I go there. Thanks for your reply to my e-mail. Carolyn
