Finally in ONEderland!!!!

Hey Family, I just had to share with you all that I have finally made it to ONEderland. I got up this morning to take shower, etc.., got on the scale and it said...198!!! After the last month between 201 and 207, the scale finally moved. I am so happy, I wanted to cry. But this has been a great journey so far and I would not change a thing about it. Now if I could just get rid of the terrible headaches that I have had for the last two months. If anyone has any suggestions, please accept my thank you in advance. Cathy 287/198/135

Congrats Miss Cathy you are doing great. I know the joy you felt! Re; headaches....tell the dr, he may want you to have your iron checked. It was definitely the reason I've been getting them.
