Need some help please!

Hello my name is Lisa, and I'm having a lot of problems with getting to see the doctors that the surgeon would like me to see. The insurance company chosed the surgeon, and actually gave me referrals to see the other doctors but when I went to make the appointments the doctors wouldn't accept the type of referrals I had, that was back in April. It's now October and I'm still trying to see those doctors. I've called the doctor's offices, the surgeons and AVMED and everyone keeps telling me that they are doing what they should be doing and that it's the other person's fault. I feel like I'm being bounced around like a ball and I want it to stop. All of this is new to me and I know I should be doing something but I not sure what it is. I'm about to start writting letters but I'm not sure what to write. I would appreciate any advice. Thank You

I can only suggest going to these doctor's offices in person. You never know who your talking with on the phone, as it sounds your getting the run around I was getting at first. I went in person and now their listening to what I want and when. Going proves to them your seriously want to have WLS. Mike
