Does anyone out there have NCAS insurance?

Hi everyone, I am sorta new to this and I am going to try and get a much needed gastric bypass by my new insurance NCAS. I haven't found but one person who has had it and she was approved, even though that was like 3 years ago. I want to make sure I have all my documentation the insurance requests. I would greatly appreciate anyone's help. Joanne
