I had: Breakfast: a peice of salami, small banana w/ peanut butter Lunch: Turkey, eggplant parm and salad w/ nuts. Dinner: banana w/ peanut butter & power crunch bar Small peice of sugar free pumkin pie (I made it mayself and it was yummy, it was my first dessert type thing since surgery.) Got my vitamins in but I was short on fluids. I normally drink 100 oz of fluid but today I only go in about 60oz. Rhonda

Here goes: Breakfast: I was making pies, so my breakfast consisted of slices of Granny Smiths we were slicing for pie filling. Actually picked on pieces of cookies we were baking during the day, but well, I'm not going to apologize THIS time. Dinner at about 3: 1/2 sweet potato, shreds of dark meat turkey, slivers of ham, and a 1/4 of a plantanello (mashed banana, bread crumbs, bit of seasoned pork made into a meatball kind of mush and cooked in special paper. It's a Latino specialty) My husband likes all this 1/2 and 1/4 stuff, because he gets to share the rest!!!! LOL! Desserts: I tasted the chocolate cake, and I tasted the flan. I *DO* mean TASTED. One spoonful of each. I TOLD you my husband likes this! Late dinner at about 10 PM after movies and board games: More shreds of dark meat, and a taste of my huband's plantanello.
