To exercise or not to exercise??
I AGREE 100000%. NO PAIN NO LOSE. Our support moderator said for me to get going again losing the best is to do 30 minutes at 3.0 everyday. I've been busy and haven't gotten there but will start again this week...I do a bit of walking but not nearly enough. Depending on how much we have to lose it can happen with or w/o exercise but for best results exercise is the key. After 6 months after surgery the weight loss is slower and the only that can move it is the exercise..depending on medical issues some people can go about it vigoresly and others can't the point is to move. This is a tool and to use it properly exercise is the key. If anyone has watch the TV show the Biggest Loser alot of exercise is going on for those people to lose the weight. I can't say enough about it.
