I eat all fruit. I love apples and oranges. Watermelon is my absoult Favorit however I have to eat it alone because I will truly DUMP!!! I have heard of alot of ppl using fruit as Laxatives. Enjoy life and continue to make good choices. I am happy for you!!!

I'm pre-op but I just got back yesterday from a 2.5 hours seminar/class with the nutritionist as my first step in this process. (We got a 75 page booklet just for the eating alone!) One of the things she said is that most people don't dump from eating fruits. It's a different kind of sugar, after all. But she was very clear that we shouldn't eat fruits until we're at the phase where it's allowed - they call it Phase 3, I think. It's after we've gotten a handle on the protein/water thing and our pouch can handle a little more food. Around 2 months out, I think? Not positive, but that sounds right. And even then, only introduce one new fruit at a time to test for tolerance. So, that's my 411 on the fruit thing V
