Visitor to Florida - Help needed

I'm visiting my sister in the Ft Lauderdale area. I forgot to bring a few things including my low carb bagels and treats. Please let me know where I can buy low (or lower) carb, sugar free bagels and stuff in the Fort Lauderdale area (or somewhat close). Please reply to [email protected] Thanks millions in advance.

Gale, I'm not in Ft. Lauderdale, but I would suggest checking at Publix grocery stores. They carry low carb breads, not sure about the bagels. They also carry a good selection of low sugar and/or low carb snacks. Hope this helps. Vickie J. PS - in the Publix bakery they usually have a great no sugar added angel food cake that is great with fresh strawberries & Cool Whip Free - Yummy! I cut the cake into 16 small pieces to keep the portion size suitable for me & also keeps the calorie & other counts lower.

I'm visiting my Mom in Fort Lauderdale and whenever I'm here I go to the Before and After Store. www.bariatriceating.com, Susan Marie and her staff are very helpful. It's pretty easy to find too...I did a map quest and was sent right to it. It's in a strip of offices so it's not really a store, it's really the warehouse that you can get things from.
