What product can I use to replace molasses. I have several cookbooks that use molasses alot. I dump on any sugar. PLease help. Thanks for all your help.
Have you checked some low-carb recipe sites? I used to know many when I was doing Atkins all the time prior to WLS, but now I can eat pretty much anything in moderation so I dont tweak recipes unless it is to make them low fat.
