Didn't tell them WHAT kind of surgery LOL
I had to take 2 weeks off from school and I told everyone I was having my galbladder removed. LOL they were all comforting me with "It's nothing, my ____ had it removed" "I had it removed" "It doesn't hurt at all" "The scarring is minimal"
Then when my teacher was talking about having her galbladder removed, she came up to me and said "I hope I didn't freak you out, it's honestly nothing to worry about."
I tried not to laugh hysterically! I had my galbladder removed a year ago!!!!
Thank you,
I'm actually pretty excited to get back. I don't know if they will notice a differance or not - but I got some new clothes. Before it was getting so hard to find clothes that I'd wear baggy T's and when my jeans got too tight and fell apart and no other jeans fit - I wore skirts my mom made WITH a poncho on top of all this, just to cover my flab. So yes, I know that I looked like a bit of a CLUNE - but now I've got some nice clothes and jeans that wouldn't fit me MONTHS before surgery!!!
And my graduation is sometime next year so I don't even know what size Grad Gown to order!!! LOL!!!! Wowwwwwieeee!
Hey Serena,
Congratulations sweetheart you look great! Saw your new pics and you look amazing. Of course people will comment on how good you look! And the ones that don't are simply jealous or they just don't know how to tell you that you look better. Please don't get discouraged...you lost a lot of weight in only 2 months! (more than 1 or 2 pounds a week!). Keep up the good work. By you graduation date you'll be able to wear whatever you want!
Jana
PS: Got my surgery date! Oct 24th w/ Dr.Christou. Please pray for me!
