Funny - from a friend

At our support group, a woman shared this story... She was several months post-op and was doing a self-breast exam. She found a hard area and became very nervous, so she called her doctor right away and made an appointment. Turns out there was indeed a very hard lump - called a rib! She just had never felt it there before Now, while we all had a good laugh about this - please keep in mind the millions of women who are living with breast cancer. Please offer your prayers for them and get yourself checked!

Thanks for the laugh....here is my story. I just had a breast lift and reduction. I was showering rinsing off, had my eyes shut when I ran my hand across my chest and felt something there that did not belong, I tried to bru**** off. Boy did I scream..I tried to wipe my newly place nipple off my breast. Takes some getting use to. I lost an Aunt to breast cancer because she missed one mammogram, just one. I tell everyone there is never a good reason not to have yourself checked. Kelly
