July Picnic.......

Well I hope everyone will be able to attend July's picnic. I am hosting it is July 22nd at Stone Mountain Park. I am going to get there early and hold tables in the Triangle Pinic Location I will be putting up sigs and deco... I am going for a lunch time around 1:00-2:00 . If you are planning on coming which everyone is welcome. I hope you can bring your most fav. summer dish so if you plan on coming and post please list on what you are planning on bringing so I have an idea what else I will need to get so we can have a amazing time. If you have never been to Stone Mountain they have a web site so please check it out . entrance to the park is free. However parking is six dollars and the attractions do cost. I can not wait to hear from you all. I also can't wait to climb the mountain. So once again I hope you all make time to come to this event. Love to all .....Beth Martinez ....... Beth, I hope to make it, been in Atlanta 10 years now and have never been to stone mountain. Wanted to let you know that I have tons of "chinet" paper plates and napkins and some plastic wear and lots of cups left over from my son's rehearsal dinner last weekend, do you want me to bring these? Beth, I talk to DH and he says we should be able to make it, so count us in for 3, as for what I will bring, I'm not sure yet, I'll let you know in a week or 2 if that's ok. I don't cook at all, lol DH does it all Melissa

Hi Gal, PLANNING to come. I have an exam that morning after a 3 day marathon class, and will be up all night the night before studying, but that will be JUST the thing to relax and enjoy after those 3 1/2 days of misery! LOL! By then, Joe should be walking well enough (fingers crossed) to enjoy the park, don't know about climbing the mountain, but his 2nd surgery is the 28th and hopefully, by then, he will have 2 functioning knees. Only other thing that could mess me up, is I have my FIRST consultation with the plastic surgeon this week, and HOPEFULLY, tummy tuck is on the horizon! WOOO HOOO!!! I'm PROUD of you for jumping in there and putting this together. I hope the turn out is wonderful!! Take care! Tami

Hey Beth- I live near the park and I am usually there jogging every Saturday morning. I will try to drop by around 1 if you guys are there by then. I will not be able to stay I have a wedding in Augusta GA at 6 PM. But I miss you all and will stil stop by to say hello. Vanessa

Count me in for 3 maybe 4 people. I will bring some drinks and some BBQ Chicken Anything else you need me to bring please let me know. Does anyone have a volleyball net set that they could bring? That would be so much fun. What's everyone else bringing? Shree
