Anyone had the DS?

I had the Lap DS surgery on 7/25/06 with Dr. Dennis Smith in Marietta. I usually frequent the Duodenal Switch Messageboard, but decided to branch out today. I've read through several days worth of posts and have very much enjoyed reading them, but feel a little out of place because I haven't seen any DSers. Is there anyone out there??? Are all surgery post ops welcome at the monthly get togethers? Tammy Sue
