What can I eat 2 weeks out?!?
Hello everyone,
I had my gastric bypass on 1/30/09 and will be two weeks out on this Thursday. I meet with my doctor for a follow-up at that time. I am just curious to know what did most people eat starting their third week out? I will definitely follow my surgeon's guidelines, but just want to know what I might have to look forward to in addition to all the sugar free jellos, popsicles, waters, ff milk, watery mashed potatoes, yogurt, etc....
If any of you are Dr. Macik's patients, I will definitely want to hear what you could eat after your two week appointment.
Thanks to everyone in advance!
