Dawn, There is an excellent product on the market that really works well. Oprah did a piece on it so it stays sold out a lot. It's called AIRBORNE. I myself seem to be catching something and the Airborne has really helped. Zicam is really good too for stuffiness but I don't know if that is ok after wls. Hope this helps. Meso
