I have a date!!!

Well, I made it through the pre-pre-op appt. with flying colors. According to their scales, I have lost 20 pounds on the nose!!! I was so excited. They did an EKG, took blood for the H-Pylori test (my PCP didn't send it in), made sure I had everything and scheduled my next appointments and surgery!!! So, the date is 8/24/05! I'm updating my profile next! I'm so nervous and excited at the same time. We'll see you guys on the 13th. I'm excited about that too. Thanks for all of the support...I'll post more later. I was so happy that today went well. I was so worried.

I'm so happy for you baby. I just know you are going to do great! You are one tough lady! I love you very (VERY) much. I'll do my very best to take care of you during your recovery. Luckily, I won't have to feed you.... I'll buy you some comic books and rent a bunch of horror movies.... oh wait, that's what I like... Well, heck, I'll just have to figure it out when the time comes!!!

congrats to you. My surgery right now is August 22, 2005. I am still waiting on 2 tests so hopefully we will get them done by then If I would have kept the first initial date she gave me we would have been the same day Again congrats and get ready Nalani
